This Privacy Policy describes how Projectbook Inc. and our subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively, “Projectbook,” “we,” or “us”) collect, use, and disclose information about you. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect when you access or use our websites, mobile applications, and other online products and services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, our “Services”), or when you otherwise interact with us, such as through our customer support channels, at events or on social media pages. We may provide different notices of our privacy practices with respect to certain offerings or services, in which case this Privacy Policy will not apply. In some circumstances, we may provide you with additional or supplemental privacy notices to the extent they apply to you because of the Services you receive from us or different laws that may apply to you. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Information You Provide to Us
We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information directly from you when you submit or post content through our Services, enable video chats through our Services, create an account, fill out a form, make a purchase, communicate with us via third-party platforms, participate in a contest or promotion, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information about you that we collect include your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide. In order to provide the Services, we also require access to your device camera and microphone to enable video chats and we may need to access image and other files on your device if you choose to share them with other users. Additionally, if you make a purchase, we work with a third-party payment processor to collect and process your payment information.
Information We Collect Automatically
We automatically collect certain information about your interactions with us or our Services, including: Device and Usage Information: We collect information about how you access our Services, including data about the device and network you use, such as your hardware model, operating system version, IP address, unique device identifiers, browser type, and app version. We also collect information about your activity on our Services, such as searches you perform on the Services, access times, pages viewed, links clicked, and the page you visited before navigating to our Services.Information Collected by Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies: We (and those who perform work for us) use tracking technologies, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information about your interactions with the Services. Additionally, if you create or log into your Projectbook account through a third-party platform (such as Facebook or Google), we may have access to certain information from that platform, such as your name, birthday, and profile picture, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such platform.

Information We Derive
We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect. For example, we may make inferences about your approximate location based on your IP address or infer that you are looking to purchase certain products based on your browsing behavior and past purchases.

We use the information we collect to administer your account and provide the Services. We also use the information we collect to: Provide, maintain, improve, and develop new products and services, including to debug and repair errors in our Services; Personalize your experience with us;Send you technical notices, security alerts, support messages and other transactional or relationship messages; Communicate with you about products, services, and events offered by Projectbook and others and provide news and information that we think will interest you (see the Your Choices section below for information about how to opt out of these communications at any time); Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our products and services; Personalize the advertisements you see on third-party platforms and websites (for more information, see the Advertising and Analytics section below); Facilitate contests, sweepstakes, and promotions and process and deliver entries and rewards; Detect, investigate, and help prevent security incidents and other malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity and help protect the rights and property of Projectbook and others; Comply with our legal and financial obligations.
We implement industry-standard mechanisms to protect sensitive data that you provide through our Services. These measures include encryption in transit and, where applicable, at rest, access controls to restrict unauthorized access, and regular security assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities. Sensitive data is only collected and stored when necessary to provide the Services, and we retain such data only for as long as required to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or to comply with legal obligations. Despite our efforts to protect your information, no system can guarantee complete security, and we encourage users to exercise caution when sharing sensitive data.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
We share personal information in the following circumstances or as otherwise described in this policy: We share personal information with vendors, service providers, contractors and consultants that access personal information to perform work for us, such as companies that assist us with analytics, web hosting, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer service, and marketing and advertising.If you provide a product review or otherwise share content on our Services, we share this information publicly/with other users of our Services. ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS
We engage others to provide analytics services and serve advertisements across the web and in mobile apps. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Services and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in mobile apps, links clicked, and conversion information. This information may be used by Projectbook and others to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests on our Services and other websites, and better understand your online activity. TRANSFER OF INFORMATION TO THE UNITED STATES AND OTHER COUNTRIES
Projectbook is headquartered in the United States. Therefore, we and those that perform work for us may transfer your personal information to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide levels of data protection that are equivalent to those of your home jurisdiction. Where required by law, we provide adequate protection for the transfer of personal data in accordance with applicable law.
YOUR CHOICES
Account Information
You may update and correct certain account information at any time by clicking on the “My Account” in the profile settings and editing from there. If you wish to deactivate your account, please go to your account modal > delete and fill out the survey, then confirm by sending an email to contact@Projectbook.co, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for our legitimate business purposes.
Cookies
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually adjust your browser settings to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that removing or rejecting cookies could affect the availability and functionality of our Services.
Communications Preferences
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from Projectbook by following the instructions in those communications. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
